Our Team

i360’s small and dynamic Survey Research Team interviews over half a million US adults each year across a range of political, consumer behavior, macroeconomic, and societal topics. Reporting to and frequently collaborating across i360’s Analytics Division, the Survey Research Team deploys rigorous research methodologies and technologies, paired with i360’s proprietary nationwide database, to form the basis of data-driven decision making across political and commercial verticals. 

What You Will Do

  • As the Senior Survey Research Scientist, you’ll lead our team’s cycles of continuous survey methodology experimentation and improvement. 

  • Independently lead internal research projects testing survey research methodologies, modes, and weighting strategies.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and approaches.
  • Author white papers and technical documentation of experimentation and compose panel-wide communications.
  • Serve as the team’s technical and methodological subject matter expert.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide statistical and programming training and support.
  • Present experimentation findings to a variety of internal clients, including i360 senior leadership.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of survey research experience, with a focus in methodological experimentation
  • Experience programming with R
  • Experince utilizing, programming and extracting data with SQL
  • Experience authoring and editing technical documentation
  • Experience communicating survey research intricacies to lay audiences, internal and external
  • Bachelor’s degree

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Master’s degree or PhD in statistics, survey research science, political science, or other related field
