Finance Manager
Description
Koch is seeking a Finance Manager to join our India team and partner with the KGSI site leader in Bengaluru (Bangalore). As a key leader in the Finance organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and advancing the financial stewardship of the organization with a focus on transformation by partnering with capability leaders, collaborate with the family of Koch companies and engage in a wide variety of strategic decisions.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Advance a shared vision, focused on value creation, by building a high performing team
Utilize division of labor by comparative advantage to ensure the right capabilities and responsibilities exist on the team and that individuals are in the roles that maximize business outcomes
Provide meaningful insights to business leaders including identifying gaps between how the businesses are performing and a successful future state
Develop measures for key strategies and bets
Evaluate alternatives and provide benchmarking information to aid in effective decision making
Effectively communicate to tell a story, with logical framing and appropriate detail, to a wide range of audiences including senior leadership
Be a trusted business partner to the India leadership team and capability product owners to fully understand their business financials
Actively challenge processes with a transformation mindset
Engage in the constructive challenge process for economic decisions by identifying alternatives identification/assessments, and sound economic thinking
Provide input and recommendations for strategy development and process improvement by challenging current practices
Develop economic models to support business initiatives
Develop metrics and analysis that identifies the key performance drivers, strategies, and business opportunities
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
Prior experience as a leader of people and developing key strategies and initiatives for a team
Experience building strategic partnerships and providing thought leadership
Applied financial modeling experience including key driver analysis, economic framing, and visualization
