Plater Operator - 2nd Shift
We are looking for a contribution motivated person open to learning new skills and willing to proactively share their knowledge and ideas with others! In this role, you will work with other Plating Operators to monitor and visually inspect metal parts as they flow through the plating process.

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday (3:00 pm - 11:06 pm)
Wage: Starting wage based on your ability to contribute to the team and culture. Ask us what this could look like for you! Additional $1.00 shift differential.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Ensure plating specifications are met per engineering standards
- Monitor and visually inspect all parts produced
- Set up parts and run multiple plating lines, run all auxiliary equipment, and perform routine maintenance.
- Follow all safety rules when handling chemicals and maintain housekeeping standards
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Ability to use common tools (wrenches, pliers)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate measurement equipment

- Prior plating or other high speed manufacturing experience
