Sales / Office Assistant (m/f/d)

For our sales team we are currently looking for a

Sales / Office Assistant (m/f/d) 

Full-time (36h/week) in Hilden near Düsseldorf, on-site or hybrid-working model.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Supporting our sales team together with your two internal sales colleagues in the day-to-day business of our technical sales department and management of administrational tasks
  • Creating quotes in MS Word based on information from the sales and process engineering departments as well as customer/ internal presentations
  • Data and order entry as well as maintenance in ERP and CRM (Business Central, Salesforce)
  • Collaboration in the implementation of projects
  • Customer correspondence and maintenance of customer data
  • Responsible for office organization in the sales department, filing (digital, analogue) and admin tasks such as data management
  • Managing calendars and preparing for meetings/ visas applications, travel bookings, etc.

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) in an industrial company or alternatively B.A. degree
  • First experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical sales department or an affinity to technology
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style and a high degree of self-motivation
  • Collaborative and contribution motivated way of working, as well as confidence and pleasure dealing with national and international customers
  • MS Office Expert skills and ideally experience in dealing with Salesforce
  • Good communication skills and business fluent English – verbally and in writing; ideally good German skills
