Koch Separation Solutions is looking for a talented HVAC Technician to join our Maintenance Team. This position will be responsible for maintaining facility HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems used in manufacturing and day to day activities related to equipment maintenance.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Monitor and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of refrigerated process equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and modification of existing systems.
• Work with Building Automation Systems.
• Ensure completed work orders and other documented activities are closed out in a timely fashion in the CMMS system.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Valid HVAC technician license.
• 5 years’ experience working as a licensed HVAC Technician. 
• Lifting 50lbs., walking, climbing, work in a confined space area.
• Experience working with/in the CMMS computer system.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Fireman’s License.
• Industrial 2-I Waste Water Operator License
• Formal training in HVAC from a Technical school
