Maintenance Chief

At Phillips Medisize, a Koch company, we are looking for a Maintenance Chief
As a Maintenance Chief you will be in charge of ensuring and maintaining the proper functioning of the Plant's equipment through timely preventive maintenance and effective fault repair.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Prevention of failures in continuous use equipment
- Administration based on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Promote, facilitate and coordinate the standardization for systems, equipment and/or new projects such as ISO 14001
- Optimization of the assigned Economic Resource
- Corrective Maintenance Optimization (When required)
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree
- Previous experience leading a team
- Previous experience on similar position on maintenance processes (molding)
- Previous Experience handling and application of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electromechanical principles
- Knowledge of the operation of the Production team
- English Conversational
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with injection machines
- Experience with SAP modules
