We are looking to hire HR Business Partner to join our plant in Jubail, Saudi Arabia

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Support HR Transformation and Operating Model initiatives
  • Talent Strategy and Succession Planning

  • HR Compliance risks, develop gap closure plan and implement a systematic approach to maintaining compliance

  • Ensure success of HR Operating model and effective management of Shared Services.

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Drive innovation in HR functions and processes while supporting transformation efforts

  • Partner with Business on effective implementation of Transformation, Culture advancement and Talent Strategy

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Shared Services experience

  • Experience in Compensation and Benefit

  • Experience supporting business transformation initiatives

  • Ability to look at processes critically and challenge status quo
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures, employment and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
