Primary Purpose

Support OpCenter deployment and provide OpCenter related Level3 supports to China Plants

What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Responsible for providing L3 level support on tickets, Provide or organize on time support and ticket resolution within the agreed SLA’s
2. Provide guidance and support to users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any OpCenter MES issues
3. Perform or assist in root cause investigations and MES changes/updates.
4. Train Junior L3 operation or other IT people on Opcenter MES technical supporting.
5. Responsible for providing functional, technical and data administrative services
6. Responsible for coordinating with application vendor and infrastructure team for issue resolution
7. Root cause analysis to identify causal factors and identify configuration changes needed
8. Make required configuration changes as requested by functional team
9. Communicate configurations/ customizations to technical team
10. Script/ code for customization updates
11. Develop / Modify reports report design as per business needs
12. Escalate unresolved reporting Issues to the delivery manager
13. Entity relationship data model updates
14. Provide upgrade services to existing clients
15. Successful execution of assigned tasks
    
16. extend to eco-systems around OpCenter support, include interface.
17. operation data analysis to foresee the potemtial operation issues
    

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, manufacturing or a related field
   
2. 4+ years’ experience with Siemens OpCenter Execution Core (Camstar), Electronics Suite is plus.
   
3. Application Expertise and Know-how: OpCenter modeling; MOM connect configurations, OpCenter intelligence, OpCenter APS, Camstar WCF
4. Tool Knowledge:XML script, HTML, JavaScript, HA
5. Good Experience with database (Microsoft SQL server,Oracle or others)
6. Familiar with integration approaches, framework technologies, or other application integration toolsets 
7. Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills 
8. Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes. 
9. Good understanding and experience in ERP(SAP) processes. 
10. Good understanding of MES exchanges information across other plant systems. 
11. Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams 
12. Excellent English communication skills (Writing and Oral)
    

What Will Put You Ahead

1. 3+ years of experience as a senior systems analyst, senior database administrator, or other IT management experience
2. Experience in Siemens OpCenter(Camstar)
