Description
Molex is seeking a Group Product Manager located in Lisle, IL. This individual will be responsible for leading a team and providing support to product managers to create and implement the strategic direction for an assigned group of product families in support of business unit goals. The Group Product Manager acts as a focal point for market knowledge, profitability, commercialization, and planning for released products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical area of study
- 7 + years product marketing or sales experience in related industry
- Leadership Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Travel 25-40%
What Will Put You Ahead
- 7+ years product marketing experience in connector industry
- SAP Experience
- Experience with P&L within a product line
- Experience working with a global team.
Additional Skills
Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload. Effective written and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas, exchange information clearly and concisely, and deliver concise and effective presentations to customers and Molex personnel. Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to respond positively to situations. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented. The candidate/incumbent must be proactive rather than reactive and must be able to demonstrate personal initiative. Travel to customers as needed.
