HARDWARE MACHINE OPERATOR
Description
Koch Glitsch is now hiring for a Machine Operator in the Hardware area to participate in our manufacturing operations and activities. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality , and production requirements.
Available Shifts
2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)
3rd Shift (11:00 pm -7:30 am) Monday-Friday.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Operates all machines in the department with proper guarding in place
- Understand all Personal Protective Equipment assessments, Job Hazard Analysis and Preventive Maintenance requirements for the machine and department
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to KGLP's EH&S Quality and Production
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Ability to read and use standard and metric tape measures
- Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge of Coil Fed Operation
- Forklift experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Previous machine operator experience
- Experience working in manufacturing shop environment
