SRG Global is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Evansville, IN.
The ideal candidate will align with SRG Global management philosophy while most importantly having a solid foundation of virtues. Being a team player, quick learner, self-motivated, innovative, detail orientated, organized, and having excellent communication skills are required for this role.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Develop and manage the project scope, cost estimate, budget, schedule, and risk management plan
- Manage all project coordination between outside contractor, internal and external design teams, and facility personal
- Plan and execute capital improvement project for expansion and/or equipment upgrades
- Coordinate and manage installations, outages, and equipment start-ups
- Prepare and organize project documentation
- Track, report and manage final project performance, schedule, and cost compliance
- Charter, lead and facilitate cross functional project teams
- Create new designs to resolve equipment and facility problems
- Create re-engineered CAD drawings for plant layouts and unavailable components
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Project engineering/management experience in a manufacturing environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Project engineering/management experience in a chemical environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding, plating, painting, assembly, and MP&L processes
