SRG Global is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Evansville, IN.

The ideal candidate will align with SRG Global management philosophy while most importantly having a solid foundation of virtues. Being a team player, quick learner, self-motivated, innovative, detail orientated, organized, and having excellent communication skills are required for this role.

 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Develop and manage the project scope, cost estimate, budget, schedule, and risk management plan
  • Manage all project coordination between outside contractor, internal and external design teams, and facility personal
  • Plan and execute capital improvement project for expansion and/or equipment upgrades
  • Coordinate and manage installations, outages, and equipment start-ups
  • Prepare and organize project documentation
  • Track, report and manage final project performance, schedule, and cost compliance
  • Charter, lead and facilitate cross functional project teams
  • Create new designs to resolve equipment and facility problems
  • Create re-engineered CAD drawings for plant layouts and unavailable components

    Requirements:

    • Project engineering/management experience in a manufacturing environment



    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
    • Project engineering/management experience in a chemical environment
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Knowledge of plastic injection molding, plating, painting, assembly, and MP&L processes
