Senior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) - Quality Assurance

fulltime in a hybrid working model for Struer, DK

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Taking the lead and ensure timely performance of NPI Quality Assurance activities for new product launches.
• Taking responsibility for Quality Assurance activities in the first years of production.
• Defining and implementing best practices for Quality Assurance activities for NPI.
• As part of your role, you will perform these tasks:
• Plan, follow-up and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Carrying out tasks in Quality Assurance NPI.
• Handle complex non-conformities from Quality Assurance perspective.
• Prepare presentations and communicate with customers.
• Reviewing and implementing Quality Agreements.
• Participate in audit.
• Review documents for colleagues.
• Support colleagues in QA matters.

The Experience You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or equivalent mix of education and experience
• Profound experience from Quality Assurance in an assembly production set-up and skills within technical project management
• Five years or more experience in a quality role related to manufacturing and know your quality tools by heart
• Trained in ISO9001, ISO13485 and/or IATF16949
• Right balance between Quality, Integrity and pragmatic approach
• Strong decision maker
• Fluent in English and Danish
• Self driven team player

What Will Put You Ahead

• A very strong drive to find and implement solutions.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• Experience with validation, batch release, ISO13485, sampling plans
