Description
We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) Sales & Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) to further strengthen our team in Landau.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as correspondence and data maintenance
- Responsibility for office organization in the Sales department
- Support in the preparation of quotations and project implementation
- Making and preparing appointments, such as applying for visas, booking travel, etc.
- Correspondence with customers and maintenance of customer data
- Recording incoming orders and the associated coordination of appointments
- Participation in the conception and implementation of internal and external marketing measures
- Communication and coordination with external partners and agencies
- Support the organization of trade fairs and events
- Proactive and professional support of the marketing team in the operative business
- Preparation of presentation and meeting documents
- Support in the preparation of timings and budgets, invoice verification, checking of product calculations
- Results-oriented management of project processes and progress
The Experience You Will Bring
- Completed commercial training in an industrial company
- Preferably first professional experience in a technical sales department
- Result-oriented control of project processes and progress
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Multimedia skills and good knowledge of the important social networks, as well as trends
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident appearance, team-oriented approach and good communication skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with national and international clients
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working and a high degree of self-motivation
