Description

We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) Sales & Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) to further strengthen our team in Landau.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as correspondence and data maintenance
  • Responsibility for office organization in the Sales department
  • Support in the preparation of quotations and project implementation
  • Making and preparing appointments, such as applying for visas, booking travel, etc.
  • Correspondence with customers and maintenance of customer data
  • Recording incoming orders and the associated coordination of appointments
  • Participation in the conception and implementation of internal and external marketing measures
  • Communication and coordination with external partners and agencies
  • Support the organization of trade fairs and events
  • Proactive and professional support of the marketing team in the operative business
  • Preparation of presentation and meeting documents
  • Support in the preparation of timings and budgets, invoice verification, checking of product calculations
  • Results-oriented management of project processes and progress

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Completed commercial training in an industrial company
  • Preferably first professional experience in a technical sales department
  • Result-oriented control of project processes and progress
  • Very good MS Office user skills
  • Multimedia skills and good knowledge of the important social networks, as well as trends
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident appearance, team-oriented approach and good communication skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with national and international clients
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working and a high degree of self-motivation
