Change Network Lead

Georgia Pacific’s Building Products Teams is adding Change Network Lead to assist with the Catalyst Project. The Change Network Lead will play a key role in helping assure readiness and adoption of the new processes and system stemming from the results of the project, spanning across all Building Product businesses. The Change Network Lead will partner with business and program SMEs to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes, technology and ways of working. They will lead change efforts, with a Principle Based Management lens, including change impacts, learning, and communications for the program.
This role reports to the Change Management Director and will support targeted functional workstreams with responsibility for change impacts, training, and communications (GP & consultants).
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and lead execution of transformation network strategies and plans in support of Catalyst
- Coordinate the mobilization, and on-going engagement of the program transformation network for manufacturing sites, corporate/commercial offices and capability teams
- Support change network leaders by offering guidance on transitions to new processes, change initiatives, organization design, etc.
- Coordinate facility and business integration communication plans/deliverables with the program OCM manager & communications lead ensuring messaging and execution are consistent with Building Products’ vision
- Collaborate with the program team, supervisors, and transformation network leaders to develop and coordinate post-implementation hyper-care support team Identify and raise leadership and user alignment gaps, potential risks/issues
- Collaborate with business and program leaders to develop risk mitigation plans to socialize with program stakeholders
- Ensure program vision, value drivers, and desired outcomes are known by the change leaders and conduct workshops to gather input and gain alignment
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory, HR, training, program management/implementation, or change management role
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across a matrixed organization
- Manufacturing Industry knowledge and experience working with manufacturing operations
- Experience in successfully executing projects or implementing processes with multiple competing demands
- Willing to travel up to 10% during peak deployment periods
