Senior Strategic Financial Analyst
Description
Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sr. Strategic Financial Analyst to support our Commercialization Segment within the Transportation Solutions Business Unit in Rochester Hills, MI. The role will advise product management and business leaders on financial impacts of all initiatives/decisions, including but not limited to investments and business model evaluation using economic thinking and marginal analysis through Principled Entrepreneurship. The role will work with a global team.
This role will work a hybrid schedule.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Serve as the Finance Business Partner for the business segment leader; helping to guide them with sound economic thinking and constructive challenge on strategic business initiatives and all business decisions
- Serve as an active member of product development cross-functional teams; helping to guide the teams with sound economic thinking, alternative identification/assessment, and constructive challenge
- Provide financial insight on key drivers that impact business decisions
- Develop relationships with peers across various disciplines, along with decision makers, to engage in key economic and strategic decisions
- Partner with product managers to develop product roadmaps and integrate into financial forecasts
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
- Experience in manufacturing
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in project investment analysis including economic modeling and understanding key assumptions, discounted cash flows, rate of return
- Experience with Financial Statements
