2nd shift Operators!

The Operator will work as part of a team assembling custom fiber optic bundles and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have some experience in mechanically challenging jobs with shown success in the ability to concentrate. This candidate must have strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Work within established safety and quality standards.
  • Follow work instructions and accurately assemble, inspect, or test Fiberguide’s products and subassemblies.
  • Follow Manufacturing area processes; participate in manufacturing process improvement teams; document production records and statistics.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use microscope for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
