What You Will Do In Your Role
- Drive the advancement of the Principle Based Management Culture, inspiring its rights to a mindset of contribution, creating an open, empowered environment where people speak and challenge themselves, thus helping to increase self-realization.
- For your team to transform, you must help each of your team members engage in personal transformation – developing new practices, habits, mental models, skills and knowledge.
- Lead the EH&S team (engineer, technician, occupational medicine, intern and apprentice) in order to drive changes in the ways of working.
- High connection with the operational management team, developing capacity in our leadership team, to seek the best alternatives and create virtuous cycles of mutual benefits, so that we can create a safe operating environment, drive environmental excellence and eliminate risks that could cause harm more serious consequences for employees, the environment and the business.
- Responsible for managing compliance requirements.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Higher education training (engineering and/or related areas)
- Experience as EH&S team leader
- English Professional Proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
