What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Drive the advancement of the Principle Based Management Culture, inspiring its rights to a mindset of contribution, creating an open, empowered environment where people speak and challenge themselves, thus helping to increase self-realization. 
  • For your team to transform, you must help each of your team members engage in personal transformation – developing new practices, habits, mental models, skills and knowledge.
  • Lead the EH&S team (engineer, technician, occupational medicine, intern and apprentice) in order to drive changes in the ways of working. 
  • High connection with the operational management team, developing capacity in our leadership team, to seek the best alternatives and create virtuous cycles of mutual benefits, so that we can create a safe operating environment, drive environmental excellence and eliminate risks that could cause harm more serious consequences for employees, the environment and the business. 
  • Responsible for managing compliance requirements.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Higher education training (engineering and/or related areas)
  • Experience as EH&S team leader
  • English Professional Proficiency 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
