Guardian Glass is looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Geneva, NY!

If you are looking for the perfect blend of hands-on manufacturing exposure as well as deep analysis of manufacturing reliability, process controls systems, and power distribution, this may be the role for you.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Supervise equipment care technician(s)
  • Lead reliability projects like extending lubricant life and electrical equipment efficiency
  • Generate best practices to create new ways to sustain equipment performance
  • Help the plant prioritize reliability work opportunities
  • Take the lead in problem solving sessions with plant subject matter experts


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Experience with root cause analysis and FMEAs
  • Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge in a manufacturing environment


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Experience with Solidworks and design
  • Supervisory experience

Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. For this role, we anticipate paying $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
