PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER
Description
John Zink, LLC is currently seeking Project Manager Engineers to support our Thermal Oxidizer, Flare and Vapor Control Aftermarket Group in Tulsa, OK.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Daily execution of Aftermarket projects including minimal design work, specifying mechanical items, reviewing drawings, budget review, working with vendors and subcontractors, working with manufacturing, Controls Engineers and customer communications.
The person in this role will be responsible for project on-time performance, overall job costs, project loadings, resource loadings, as well as other typical project management functions. Upon project completion, the candidate will review and analyze estimates vs. actual results to identify and implement lessons learned future projects.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering
- Ability to read fabrication prints / spec – both mechanical and electrical
- Experience with project budget requirements and schedules
- Travel up to 15%
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in Project Management in an industrial setting
- Refinery experience or petrochemical experience
- Experience with Infor software
Physical Requirements
Periodic field travel required which could include climbing ladders and platforms, lifting and using typical field tools, wearing FR clothing in hot environments.
