Temporary Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)
Description
For our sales office in Zug we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) on a temporary basis for 12 months. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with customers, our internal sales and operations groups to maintain an uninterrupted order flow to the customers. You will have the possibility to leverage your excellent communication skills to coordinate activities across multiple customers and/or production facilities in an international environment.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Order management from A-Z (liaison with manufacturing, customers, scheduling, sales) – order processing (liaison with our mills, customers, warehouses, sales)
- Placing of orders with our production facilities
- Daily check of the actual supply plans and purchase orders
- Issuance of documents for cargo’s arrival (proforma-invoices, delivery schedules, checking of B/L)
- Monitoring of daily deliveries and issuing of daily invoices
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training or other commercial education
- Fluent communication skills in English and German
- Experience in using Microsoft Office programs
- Customer-oriented mindset, team player mentality
What Will Put You Ahead
- Communication skills in any other European language would be a plus
- Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain
- Experience working in an international company
