Track Coordinator



INVISTA is seeking a Track® Coordinator. INVISTA uses the cloud version of Track®. Track® is used for tracking contractors’ time, equipment, and material, onsite. Track® is complete solution that works with site security software and other systems to give INVISTA the information required to properly manage contractors onsite.

This role will also partner with others to onboard/upgrade and have responsibility to continue to develop the tool and working with end users on increased adoption. This position reports to the Procurement Supervisor and is part of the Procurement organization.

This role is open to Orange, TX, Houston, TX and Wichita, KS

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Work cross-functionally across the organization and with suppliers to solve any Track® related issues and identify opportunities to transform the Track® processes
  • Collaborate with others to promote data governance standards and overall process adherence, working with and through the Audit, Controller, IT, Security, and Procurement organizations
  • Optimize the use of information systems and technology for analysis, reporting, and communication between INVISTA and suppliers
  • Facilitate Track® system training and collaborate with key customers to build and implement best practices
  • Work with facilities to identify and onboard new vendors to Track®
  • Work with facilities to implement additional modules and enhancements as well as expand the use of Track® to other facilities
  • Be a key member of the Track® upgrade project team

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Previous experience using MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
  • Previous experience analyzing and trending data
  • Previous experience applying RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and identification skills 
  • Previous experience delivering training and evaluating comprehension and application of subject material
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year experience working in Track or similar system 
  • SAP/Ariba experience
