Field Service Coordinator  in Tulsa, OK

The range of products includes burners, flares, thermal oxidizers, boiler burners and vapor recovery systems for John Zink Hamworthy Combustion entity, packing, demister, trays, tower internals for our Koch-Glitsch entity and heat exchangers for our Koch Heat Transfer entity.


The person who fills this position will be a part of a team of coordinators who supports the Vapor Technical Services Group.


What You Will Do In Your Role

 The position involves processing a high volume of customer invoices for assigned customer accounts, PO processing and low level AR past due follow-up. This person will help to maintain the Salesforce database and process timesheet/tickets in the ERP accurately and efficiently.  

 This position will work with account receivables, regular service invoicing, weekly time entry, data entry and data maintenance as well as processing POs and service agreements. Possibility of team leadership under the team Supervisor, helping to train, meet team goals and direct workloads of team members.  


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  •  Experience working in a financial, commercial field or related field
  •  Experience with meeting legal compliance requirements
  •  Database maintenance/Data entry experience 
  •  Experience with Microsoft office applications


What Will Put You Ahead


  • Experience with CRM applications, particularly Salesforce.com 
  • Experience with an ERP such as Visibility, Infor, Oracle, AS400, etc. 
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with Power BI reporting and/or data analysis
