RELCO is currently hiring for a Skidded System Designer to be located in the Willmar, MN or Stratford, WI office. This position will work with other engineers and internal company personnel to define product specifications, develop conceptual and final design solutions, manage and coordinate project activities, support existing product offerings. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Lead in preparation of 3-D models for skidded equipment
  • Prepare fabrication drawings for the models of the systems
  • Participate in mechanical product designs including product specifications, material selection, CAD design, and detailed product drawings
  • Assure that all products designed for manufacturing by the company are safe, perform to specification and meet budgetary constraints
  • Document designs for product support and efficient development of successive product generations
  • Interface effectively with internal design group leader and customers to ensure implementation success
  • Interface with other company departments to ensure effective communications of project workflow, schedule, and engineering activities
  • Review and submit for approval designs and shop drawings

    • Demonstrate expertise in engineering design tools using CAD
    • Demonstrated initiative in solving challenging problems
    • Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with little to no supervision
