Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects within our Combustion and Emission Controls group. Our products include Burners and Steam Solutions, Flares, Gas Recovery, Landfill/Biogas, Thermal Oxidizers and Vapor Control systems​​​​​​​. Some of the industries served include Chemical and Hydrocarbon Processing, Oil & Gas E&P, Power/Utilities, Biofuels/Ethanol, Solid Waste/Wastewater, and Marine.

KES is owned by Koch Industries, the largest privately held company in the U.S. This position is based out of Tulsa, OK.

As a Senior Project Manager, you are the main advocate and champion for our customers. You will work directly with our customers and suppliers to ensure proactive and effective communication, and expedient resolution to project roadblocks and challenges. You will build relationships and influence internal teams in sales, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to achieve project milestones and key deliverables. You will be responsible for concurrent projects with accountability over designs, schedules, and budgets.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Effectively align internal and external stakeholders to achieve superior customer results
  • Proactively manage and delegate scope, schedule, quality, communication, documentation, project requirements, and service agreements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create effective project plans based on customer needs and contracts
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks throughout project plans; communicate proactively with internal support teams and customers on project status and issues that arise
  • Work with the project team to ensure specification compliance

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Project Management experience executing projects and dealing directly with external customers and internal project stakeholders
  • Experience managing engineer to order projects
  • Experience managing and controlling project budgets requirements, communicating expectations, and reporting out on key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders, planning and managing project schedules
  • Experience demonstrating performance in maximizing profitability

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Masters’ degree or MBA
  • Knowledge and understanding of various Combustion and Emission Controls equipment
  • Experience with engineered and fabricated products
  • Experience working with international customers and vendors
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience working with or for an EPC organization
