Guardian Glass is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Dewitt, IA!

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Keep yourself and team connected to a transformative business vision
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help each employee recognize what they are good and are not good at so they can contribute and succeed
- Work with each employee to develop an individualized bundle of responsibilities based on the business vision and the employees’ gifts relative to the gifts of others on the team
- Ensure each employee is continually learning and improving and ensure each employee knows how what they do affects results
- Recognize and reward individuals based on what will motivate them to maximize their contribution
