As a Senior Mechanical engineer, working in close cross-functional collaboration with the Project Team, the mechanical lead engineer, and the mechanical domain specialist, you will contribute to all stages of the product development model.

What Will you do in your Role:

• Design and develop mechanical parts and products according to the mechanical life cycle model contributing to all stages from concept phase to industrialization
• Documentation of your work including specification, simulation, verification, DFM, material selection, tolerance chain analysis, and FEA
  
• Close cooperation with other professions like Electronics, System-level, Sourcing, and Production to ensure integrated product development and striving for optimal cross-functional solutions
• Input to the mechanical development plan and planning, coordinating, and managing your tasks according to this
• Contribute to the continuous development of the competency areas in close cooperation with the domain specialist.

Requirements

• We expect extensive experience within the Medical device development from concept to industrializing including documentation and the related standards and guidelines within Class I, II, and III products.
• As a senior, you are expected to be self-driven and capable of planning your work
• You have cooperative approach and are a Team player.
• You are sharing knowledge, can perform technical reviews at different levels, and are capable of supervising junior colleagues
