SRG Global Liria is looking for an Industrialization Engineer.

This position is responsible for leading the design and commissioning of new launches assembly processes for the EU plants being part of the project cross functional team. Your main RREs will be related with project management and technical assembly.


What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Equipment: Design, Purchase & Process development for EU Plants.
  • Design assembly processes and layouts.
  • Definition, implementation, and validation of manufacturing assets for awarded projects.
  • Value engineering leadership, encouraging the team to identify opportunities analysing process flow design, layout definition and the reuse of existing assets.
  • Support product design following the Design for Assembly Guidelines.
  • Market test tooling for new equipment including definition of the equipment, quotation process and analysis from different suppliers and concepts.
  • Purchase orders management and supplier management.
  • Equipment design and final validation agreement with destination plant.
  • Commissioning of assembly processes in manufacturing plants.
  • Monitor of VCM and OP of new launches until Buyoff and conduct recovery plans in case of deviations (meet or improve awarded scenario).


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • Fluent in English
  • Automation engineering knowledge.
  • Previous experience process developing / process engineering.
  • Teamwork capacity and good attitude.
  • Valuable knowledge: ABB/ Siemens PLC programming.
  • Experience working in project new launches.
  • Economic thinking
  • Travel International when needed (depending on the project phase)
