SRG Global Liria is looking for a Shift Production Supervisor.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Supervision of a work team being responsible for the safety, order and cleanliness of the facility, production quality and customer service.
  • Responsible for the daily management of the installation, carrying out a daily monitoring of the main indicators of the productive area.
  • Responsible for the quality results of the production shift, with analysis and monitoring of non- conformities and deviation from standards.
  • Responsible for sharing the company's vision to your team so that each worker understands their individual contribution to achieve that vision.
  • Support the members of your team to act coherently with our principles and promote a work environment where learning is encouraged, and knowledge is shared.
  • Responsible for selecting the workers in your team, defining the responsibilities, developing their skills and rewarding them in ways that help the worker to be motivated by their contributions.
  • Responsible for detecting the personnel needs in your team and making necessary decisions in this regard.
  • Propose improvements to the process department of the area.
  • Propose improvements in safety issues in your team.
  • Responsible for knowing and disseminating the company's policies &principles among the workers. • Propose and follow up the activities for continuous improvement of the installation.


  • Valuable previous experience in supervising production teams and/or holding a technical degree or higher, preferably in some branch of engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in people development.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different areas.
  • Valuable degree or previous training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Fluent in Spanish. Valuable English knowledge at user level.
  • Valuable Excel knowledge at user level.
  • Results focused, proactive and interested in their own professional and personal growth.
