Primary Purpose
Handle facility hard service activities to support Kunshan plant strategy development.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Be responsible for facilities operation, maintenance, and emergency activities. 负责厂务相关设备设施的检查、维护以及应急处置工作；
- Manage improvement engineering project from Zero to End. 改善工程项目的全过程管理与实施；
- Collaborate with manufacture team to develop the layout optimization and equipment installation. 协助制造团队的布局优化和设备导入；
- As energy coordinator to lead energy progress activities. 作为能源管家管理能源过程的相关行动.
- Upgrade the SOP&WI of facilities and energy. 更新厂务&能源相关程序文件和操作规范.
- Manage facilities special equipment, tooling, and spare parts. 管理设施相关特种设备、工具及备件.
- Work with EHS to create better work environment. 配合EHS团队创造更优秀的工作环境
- Other necessary tasks 其它需要的任务.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Junior college above 大专以上
- 3 years + work experience
- Familiar with facilities functions (power, compress air, cooling system), and good repair work ability.
- Engineering project management experience
- Electrician operation certificate
