Global Supplier Enablement Coordinator

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Onboard suppliers through dedicated online platform
  • Maintain Vendor Master Data, ensure accuracy of the Vendor Master Data in the ERP systems
  • Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) prior to entering in the ERP system
  • Making outbound calls to Suppliers
  • Follow defined financial control procedures designed to safeguard company assets
  • Validate and maintain the supplier data up to date - prepare and analyse reports
  • Coordinate the workload and distribute the tasks among the team members
  • Represent the team in the business related meetings
  • Monitor KPI’s and prepare the summary of team performance
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, 3rdparty suppliers, operations, & IT to execute effective and accurate supplier master data
  • Coordinate the involvement of SE team members in the new projects
  • Support team supervisor in the additional tasks

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Fluency in English
  • Excel skills - at least intermediate level
  • Analytical skills – being able to read bulk data and make conclusions, set action points based on the analysed information
  • Accuracy, independence, conscientiousness in carrying out tasks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage assigned workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in multinational and virtual team
  • Focus on improvement and openness to change

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience with supplier master data or customer service
  • Leadership skills 
  • Transition or Project management experience
  • Additional language skills: French, German, Italian or Arabic
