IT Manager – Customer Experience Systems (salesforce/Ecommerce/MarTech)

Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking a leader that wants to join our team that will implement the next generation of knowledge systems centered on SAP S/4 Hana ERP for our Building Products businesses. As a leader for the Customer Experience (CX) area, you will work with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to develop effective end to end processes within the ERP, customer experience systems, and reporting/analytics platforms that will enable the business transformation. 

The ideal candidate will have in depth CX system experience (CRM, Customer Portal, CPQ, eCommerce, MarTech), knowledge of end-to-end commercial business processes, data management, and excellent communication skills, and experience supervising and mentoring IT professionals on large projects. In this position you will be a leader on a matrixed cross functional team where you will use initiative, influence, and leadership skills to enable customer experiences that create value for internal and external stakeholders. You will report to the IT Sr. Director leading the technology team with dotted line responsibilities to the business Sr. Director of Customer Experience.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Serve as primary contact between customer experience leadership and IT capabilities
  • Apply business analysis principles to elicit, understand, document and track requirements through the delivery process. This will require leading meetings and workshops.
  • Understand and document cross system process flows, integrations, reporting, and workflow requirements impacting areas of responsibility
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize requirements, make technology decisions
  • Clarify strategy, scope, and end state capabilities, secure commitments, and maintain accountability for deliverables
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
  • Assist in conducting research of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis
  • Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience defining strategy, building teams, and working with various stakeholders
  • Experience leading a team of business analyst, product managers, or similar roles enabling the customer experience capability (CRM, Customer Portal, CPQ, eCommerce, and marketing technology)

  • Experience with salesforce platform
  • Experience with configure price quote (CPQ) software
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana
  • Experience with custom software development
  • Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies
