What You Will Do In Your Role
- Lead negotiations on contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties addressing potential disputes and mitigating risks
- Develop trusted supplier and client relationships
- Apply sound economic thinking to the achievement of goals and objectives
- Apply best practices to contracting and sourcing events
- Engage subject-matter experts’ input in a timely manner as part of the contract negotiations
- Analyze and redline contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities
A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Ability to effectively present
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple negotiations at the same time
- Leadership through influence – applied interpersonal skills, teamwork and humility

- Ability to comprehend complex problems, analyze and solve

Requirements:
- Experience working with contracts and/or legal agreements
- Experience influencing decisions and gaining alignment from multiple parties

- Basic project management skills
- Contract law knowledge
- Experience in a negotiations or a sales role
