Senior Financial Analyst



Koch Companies Services, LLC is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to assist with the financial modeling, cash forecasting, and situational comparisons of existing businesses and structures as well as with expected transactions and projects that support Koch family members, business entities, and non-profit organizations. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Create, manage, and optimize financial models, and communicate results for: estate planning analysis, cash forecasts, and taxable income
  • Partner with business units, accounting, treasury, and tax planners to forecast transactions for trusts, family businesses, and non-profit entities
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency and share ideas for transformation to drive value creation within the Shareholder Support team
  • Assist and serve as liaison for the corporate and family entity valuation process
  • Assist in implementation of new financial modeling software

The Experience You Will Bring


  • FP&A background / modeling experience which includes key driver analysis of financial results and economic framing
  • Experience communicating complex financial modeling / valuation concepts and points-of-view to team members and senior leadership
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Communications, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience with estate planning, tax, partnerships, non-profits, project management, or legal document review
  • Process improvement / process transformation / process implementation experience
  • CPA, MBA, or other tax/financial certifications
  • Experience working in an accounting, finance, and/or tax role
  • Ability to travel domestically (less than 10%)
  • Available to work overtime to meet requirements of the job if needed
