RELCO is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team! This position will be responsible for providing overall technical information and support on projects and project management for our customers. This position will be a primary contact for our customers and will work to build a partnership.
RELCO, a Koch Separation Solutions (KSS) company, is based in the Midwest region of the United States – the heartland of dairy and cheese. As an industry leader in evaporation, drying, cheesemaking equipment, and powder handling & packaging technologies, the acquisition of RELCO in November 2020 enhanced our capabilities and solutions offering in the food and dairy industries. What You Will Do In Your Role
- Design systems and specify components that perform safely and to contract specifications.
- Manage projects assigned to meet schedule and budget constraints.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative customer/RELCO relationship.
- During pre-commissioning and commissioning, coordinate and direct construction and automation process activities, and handle customer communication at the job site.
- Travel up to 50% of the time
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant work experience in project management/ mechanical or chemical engineering
- Ability to travel up to 50%
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
- Understanding of thermal dynamics
- Experience using AutoCad and Inventor
- Food and dairy industry experience
