Distribution Sales Manager East Europe

Molex GSM Europe is looking for a Distribution Sales Manager – East Europe. 

This individual will develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the distribution business in East Europe. 
This Person will be the focal point for the management contacts of our channel partners, aligning strategy and execution plans accordingly. In this position you will be closely collaborating with the Regional Distribution Sales Manager, local sales representatives in all departments as well as Distribution Corporate Account Managers (DCAM) to ensure sustainable Point of Sales (POS) growth in East Europe. 

What You Will Do In Your Role   

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals at all levels throughout our channel partner's organization. 
  • Establish and execute strategic growth plan with key branches
  • Prepare and lead regular business reviews with key branches in our distribution network 
  • Manage and coordinate all branch activities by proactively pulling and aligning resources from the respective sales teams (Sales Distribution Group and Field Sales)
  • Drive demand creation activity at Distributors and key distribution customers and manage design registration program 
  • Understand and map out market trends at our POS customers and closely work with Molex business units and marketing department to match those. 
  • Proactively manage and coordinate channel activities in close collaboration with various sales functions and departments (Sales Development Group, DCAMs, Field Sales, BU’s) 

The Experience You Will Bring 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical area of study
  • Extensive sales/marketing experience in connector industry 
  • Proven sales/marketing experience in the Distribution segment 
  • Very good communication skills, fluency in English
  • Very good communication skills in Czech or Polish
  • Proven relationship building and developing skills, as well as very good organizational capabilities
  • Open-minded, with a strategic way of thinking 
  • Ability to travel frequently (40%) mostly within East Europe
