Our Molex location in Lincoln, Nebraska is adding an Industrial Engineer to their team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining a wide variety of key data to ensure accuracy as we work through our digital transformation. Gather, review, and understand data to communicate and provide actionable information.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Setup and maintaining key master data in SAP to ensure Mii / OpCenter MES receives the correct data
  • Create, update, and maintain BOM accuracy, maintain and run rates, material masters, maintain costing 
  • Required management and maintenance of Mii / OpCenter MES
  • Update and maintain product data in SAP
  • Manage and create standard processes for updating and communicating changes / updates
  • Defining and assigning workflows
  • Data analysis for understanding and actionable information
  • Project Management, specifically relating to the transition through our digital transformation
  • Completion and analysis of time studies
  • Update and maintain the Master Production Record
  • Modelling / routing as it relates to Production Scheduling in OpCenter MES

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Business related field 
  • Experience applying Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies

  • Experience working in SAP, Power BI, Mii, and shop floor management software
