Remedy Admin/Developer
Description
The EBS team provides development, maintenance, and support services for the TNS BMC Remedy environment. This includes all aspects of system administration including triaging and resolving support tickets, maintaining user accounts, and designing/deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
A Day In The Life Could Include:

- ·Triaging and resolving support tickets
- ·Gathering and documenting requirements from users and stakeholders
- ·All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, groups, permissions
- ·Remedy workflow development and deployment, including (but not limited to): forms, fields, active links, filters, escalations, menus, web services
- ·Product knowledge and 1-2 years hands-on administration and/or development experience with the BMC ARS Remedy system
- ·Proven ability to work collegially with business stakeholders
- ·Ability to elicit and document user stories
- ·Ability to work independently while also knowing when to escalate problems immediately to senior team members for resolution
- ·Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
- Experience with BMC Remedy ARS 7.6.04, Perl, or SOAP web services
- ·A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- ·A desire to implement best practice solutions
- Available and responsive to user questions
