Guardian is looking for aGlobal Systems Administratorbased in Europe (remote work).

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Begin participation in field activities by shadowing senior architects and practicing enablement gained from training.
  • Business application policy management, performance monitoring, logging, documentation.
  • Performance and simulation for apps response time, reliability, and resource usage.
  • Documentation and planning different business application environment updates and changes in ServiceNow.
  • Promote application environment best practices.
  • Promote process automation where possible.
  • Promote DevOps/Agile best practices on application implementations and tool sets.
  • Application Continues Deployment
  • Quality Assurance.
  • Risk assessment.
  • Work designs and planning with DevOps CI/CD Engineer.
  • Business application support
  • After / normal hours Issues resolution.
  • Implement upgrade/data changes on required applications as part of issue resolving procedure.
  • Schedule server maintenance assistance if needed.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with enterprise application architectures and cloud solutions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, self-motivated and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus; ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.
  • Must be able to prioritize and use good judgment in decision making and time management.
  • Proficient knowledge of technology appropriate to the position and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS Platform services (preferred).
  • Prior experience managing API products strategy, roadmap, and feature/documentation development.
  • Familiar CI/CD platforms sun as Azure DevOps or Octopus.
  • Experience with SM SQL server, tools and scripting (preferred).
  • Well familiar with DevOps or Agile frameworks for delivering IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
