What You Will Do In Your Role
We are on the hunt for an exceptionally talented Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Recruiting Team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will
• Effectively and proactively communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers regarding their status and questions within the background check lifecycle and offer letter.
Ensures 100% compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines, including those pertaining to background checks and offers
Work closely with a team of recruiters supporting the businesses hiring needs, responsible for driving background check and offer desk.
be responsible for being a single point of contact for identifying, assessing, and granting access to HR solutions for our Koch Recruiting professionals globally. The incumbent shall work with Supervisors to identify the purpose before, granting access along with arranging periodic training for the users.
The role requires exhibiting a sense of urgency and exhibit critical thinking and problem solving skills with an ability to research & ask questions to solve complex access issues. Being pro-active and having technical inclination along a compliance mindset, attention to detail, customer oriented, ability to multi-task with adherence to timeline/ SLAs are some of the attributes required for this role.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, motivated by creating streamlined recruiting processes to constantly improve efficiency. You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to partner successfully with internal clients and candidates. You will need the ability to exercise sound judgment and be able to communicate with an air of calm even when dealing with ambiguous situations.
Providing prompt follow-up, Tracking and reporting to recruiters on status updates of background checks.

The Experience You Will Bring
Good written and verbal communications skills
Advanced Excel, strong MIS, dashboards, reports, MS-Excel/ presentation skills.
Data analytics. Ability to collate clean, analyze, interpret and provide solution. Challenge and question data sources to arrive at the right data sets.
Experience multi-tasking in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
