2:30 PM-11:00 PM Monday-Friday

Starting Wage:  Based on Skill Set

Excellent leadership opportunity in our growing, well established Assembly Unit. 

Provides leadership on the production floor striving for safety, quality and continual improvement. Will demonstrate Principle Based Management to help foster a high level team. Will fill in for the Senior Supervisor or Department Manager in their absence.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Interview and on-boarding of new employees

Plan, assign and direct work for hourly employees including part time and set-up operators

Resolve issues and proactively communicate on a daily basis

Review and amend work instructions

Mentor production leads on leadership skills

Actively drive and apply Principle Based Management concepts and principles within the department

Administer part-time and full-time performance reviews

Drive ongoing improvements in safety, quality, service and production

Good oral and written communications skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow work instructions accurately

Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and trouble  shooting skills.
