Georgia-Pacific, Building Products, is hosting a Hiring Event for all hourly roles at our Plywood and Lumber mills in Prosperity, SC. Qualified candidates would be considered for the following roles: Production Associate, Multi-Operator or Forklift Operator. Successful candidates must be able to work any hours, to include a variety of shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Join our team at our Madison location, as a Production Associate and have the opportunity to operate various types of equipment to help meet production goals while working in a safe environment. This is an entry-level hourly position with opportunity for advancement. Must have 6 months previous manufacturing experience to apply.
The Millwright helps ensure the successful operation of the facility by resolving mechanical issues, recommending alternative repairs and equipment upgrades, identifying quality concerns, and understanding the production threshold of the equipment. You must have 2 years of previous millwright/ maintenance/ mechanic experience to qualify for this role.
An Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical equipment within the mill to support the long-term quality and production goals of the organization. This position also performs preventative maintenance in order to ensure electrical equipment reliability. Our Industrial Electricians work as a team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You must have 3 years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment to qualify for this role.
