What You Will Do In Your Role

1. Ensure that work carried out is in accordance with standard practice and procedures

set

1. To maximise billings (within Company regulations) as per Open Delivery Report
2. To ensure all pick lists are PGI on time by Asean Distribution Centre and Molex Singapore
3. Expedite urgent delivery to Asean Distribution Centre and Molex Singapore
4. To ensure that all GRN are updated within 8 hours by Asean Distribution Centre and Molex Singapore
5. To follow strictly to Customers’ requirement as per SOP
6. To ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents for shipment by Asean Distribution Centre and
7. To work closely with CSR (Sales), Packers to ensure urgent shipment is given top priority
8. To ensure the Freight Forwarder acknowledge collection of consignment by: (a) signature and (b) stamping of the Company stamp onto our document
9. To ensure CCP no is timely keyed into SAP
10. To ensure defected parts being returned to the correct destination
11. To ensure that Asean Distribution Centre and Molex Singapore maintain proper filing of all documentation.
12. To ensure packing details is downloaded to Customers’ outbound file once shipment is effected
13. To ensure assigned monthly report is submitted on time and KPI reported

2. Freight Management

a. To control and move shipments at lowest cost.

b. Ensures freight forwarders bill accurately and work with forwarders to resolve any billing issues within 30 days

c. Control premium freight and also prepare report monthly

3. CTSI updates

a. To manage the keying in of freight data into CTSI

b. Check freight bills and reduce numbers of Exception Handling in CTSI

c. Ensures that freight quotations are properly loaded into CTSI by the Logistics Finance or GSS

d. Ensure all freight charges are checked and approved in CTSI

4. Shipping Supplies

a. Ensure that shipping supplies are sufficient for Operations

b. Cost of shipping supplies is monitored and cost is competitive

c. Recycle materials if possible

5. Quality and Productivity improvement

a. Run GLSS projects to improve quality and productivity

6. Monthly reporting for KPI and other reports
