What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Track all company owned tools, equipment and material across all sites valued at over $500. 
  • Account/ track asset within Quickbase and Vista to manage asset location and depreciation of assets from site. 
  • Ensure tool accountability by working with construction to develop and build out trailers. Tracking shipped assets from site to site. 
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Asset Management
  • Maintain bar code tracking system and GPS for all company owned equipment and tools 
  • Work with trucking supplier (United Rentals/Barco) to supply, manage and maintain Primary Trucks for Construction Managers, Safety and Logistics Supervisorss.
  • Coordinate with Post Installation Director for all repairs and maintenance required for self-perform post drivers and any future construction equipment owned by DPI. 

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Knowledge of establishing Vendor relations and quote management.
  • Experienced in Warehouse organization and management.
  • Knowledge of tracking and inspecting incoming and outgoing material.
  • Experienced at developing and reporting metrics, cost analysis and inventory management.
