Our growing INVISTA team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our business in US and Canada. The successful candidate will demonstrate customer focused characteristics including a high sense of urgency, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.

This position can sit in Wichita, KS, Houston, TX or Atlanta, G

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Partner with Recruiters to drive a positive Candidate, and Hiring Supervisor experience
  • Schedule on-site and/or remote interviews including interview travel arrangements across multiple time zones
  • Manage pre-hire processes (i.e., background checks, drug screening, medical screening etc.)
  • Seek opportunities to enhance candidate connections throughout the process
  • Handle and maintain confidential information while practicing careful communication

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Outlook
  • Previous experience working with customers to solve complex problems 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in a Human Resources, Administrative Support Function, or Project Management/Coordination role
  • Applicant tracking system experience (i.e. Taleo, Brass Ring, etc.)
  • Previous experience with full life cycle recruiting
